Standard and express shipping is currently available for domestic orders only.
Standard shipping: 4-5 business days | $6
Express- 2 business days
Please allow up to 4 business days for us to receive and process your order. You will receive shipment and tracking notifications in your email once your package has been shipped.
*Once packages are shipped, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment. However, we are able to file a claim on your behalf with the carrier. If your package is sent back to us, for any reason; not limited to an incorrect address or refusal to pay customs fees, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. No refund for shipping will be given once your package has shipped.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please allow a processing time of 3-7 business days for all orders as we want to ensure the highest quality blends handcrafted with care.
*Processing days do not include weekends or holidays.
We do not accept returns, but we do offer store credit. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number so we can assist you.
*If you cancel your order prior to shipment we are able to issue a refund. Please keep in mind that orders canceled after 24 hours of being placed are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.

Refunds will be made if credit card purchases don’t match exact billing and street address.
If you've been alerted that your purchase is at a high risk for fraud, your order will be declined and money refunded. Credit card companies monitor high-risk accounts very closely, and will notify us immediately if any red flags appear. We apologize for the inconvenience and welcome anyone to repurchase with the updated and matching information.
A chargeback occurs when a customer contacts a credit card issuing bank to initiate a refund for a purchase they made on their credit card. In all cases where the chargeback is clearly fraudulent, we will file a report with the IFCC, the customer's local authorities, Better Business Bureau and file a mail fraud complaint with the postmaster or Federal Authorities. Sunberry Skincare will turn delinquent accounts over to a collections agency and reports will be filed with all credit bureaus. You are fully responsible for paying all monies owed to Sunberry Skincare. You agree that you will not make any chargebacks, and/or deny or reverse any such payment. You agree to reimburse the supplier for any chargebacks, denial or reversal of payments you make and any loss suffered by the supplier as a consequence. In the event that payment of a shipped order is reversed by you or a third party payment processor, you are responsible for making the payment to Sunberry Skincare immediately.

If you may have any allergies please read our labels provided carefully prior to purchase. Some natural ingredients may cause sensitivities. Before use of any Sunberry Skincare products, we advise customers to apply a portion of our products to a small area of the skin to check for any irritants. If sensitivities occur, please adjust accordingly. However, if irritants persist please discontinue items.
